Minor League Baseball Top Performers The top pitching prospect in the game debuted and the rest of full-season leagues joined Triple-A in play on Friday night as the minor league season is now truly underway! Hitter of the DayPortland infielder David Hamilton was originally drafted by the Brewers out of Texas in the 8th round in 2019. He missed the 2020 season but worked his way up to Double-A in 2021 before he came to the Boston Red Sox organization as part of the Hunter Renfroe trade.
